I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The customer service was outstanding, and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. However, the room lacked comfortable seating as there were only two uncomfortable table chairs and no upholstered chairs nearby. Overall, a great experience with minor room comfort issues.

I found the hotel to be conveniently located near the Walmart World Headquarters and close to downtown Bentonville, AR. It offered spacious rooms with everything I needed, a great breakfast, and helpful directions for finding places I wanted to visit. However, there was a downside as the rooms smelled like old sweaty people.

My stay at the hotel was overall positive. The room was convenient, being close to handicapped parking, but the sleeper sofa had issues with cooling and emitted a burnt smell. The service was excellent, especially when the housekeeping came late, and the Monday morning receptionist was helpful in granting my request for a quieter room. The location was ideal, near Walmart World Headquarters and with various dining options nearby. The dining experience was outstanding, with a delicious selection and superb breakfast service.
